Roasted Turkey and Broccoli Bake

  • 1 small loaf day-old French bread, cubed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 8oz brie cheese
  • 1.5 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1lb sliced fully cooked turkey
  • 3 Eggland’s Best eggs
  • 1 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Toss bread cubes with melted butter
  2. Place it in a greased baking dish
  3. Top with the cheese and broccoli; covered with Turkey
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and pepper
  5. Pour over the Turkey
  6. Let rest for 1 hour
  7. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
