  • 5 pitted dates
  • 20 almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of organic, raw peanut butter
  • 2 drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut


  1. In a food processor add almonds and pitted dates.
  2. Grind well for a couple of minutes.
  3. Place this mixture into a small mixing bowl.
  4. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix well with a spoon for a couple of minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a cutting board and shape it to resemble a standard "power" bar.
  7. Coat the bar with shredded coconut on both sides and enjoy one of the healthiest power bars you'll ever eat!
