Baked Avocado With An Over Easy Egg & A Side of Probiotic Sauerkraut

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of Fermented Probiotic Sauerkraut

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Half your avocado, remove the pit and a little bit extra of the avocado to make room for the egg.
  2. Also, slice off a little bit of the bottom of the avocado so that it sits evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Place avocado on parchment lined baking sheet, crack egg directly into center of avocado. Bake at 425 degrees for 11 to 15 minutes depending on how you like your eggs.
  4. Serve with a big old scoop of sauerkraut & top with fresh ground pepper & a sprinkle of sea salt.
