Baked Eggs

Chef Chris D'Amico shares this easy gourmet breakfast recipe.
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 slice prosciutto
  • 1 ounce grated fontina chese
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 slices grilled bread

1. In a cast iron skillet, ladle the tomato sauce. Then add the prosciutto, the grated fontina cheese, the two eggs and season with salt and pepper.

2. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

3. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Slice the avocado and place on top for garnish.

5. Serve grilled bread on the side for dipping into the sauce.
