Banana Pear Ice Cream Recipe



  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 1 ripe bartlett pear, peeled and cored
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • seeds from 1 vanilla pod

Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth. Transfer to a container and keep in the freezer until needed. 

  • cocoa kissed drizzle
  • 2 tbs yacon syrup
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder

Mix all ingredients in bowl with wisk. 

Topping: Karmalized Sacha Inchi Seeds (savi seeds) 

Equipment required: 

  • high speed blender (vitamix with plunger) 
  • ice cream scooper
  • ice cream bowls
  • small glass bowl for whisking chocolate syrup  
  • 1 knife 
  • 3 teaspoons for prep plus more for tasting 
  • wisk 
  • tea spoons
