"Batch 22" Shrimp

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup Batch 22 (Bloody Mary Mix)
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 spoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound large shrimp, shelled
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Combine the Batch 22, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Using a stand mixer, lightly whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold the cream into the Batch 22 mixture.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a multi-cooker. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook the shrimp in the multi-cooker for about 5 minutes or until done.
  4. Serve the shrimp with the dipping sauce on the side.
