Chipotle Lime Infused Watermelon Pops

Ingredients:

• 1 medium seedless watermelon
• 1 bottle of chipotle flavored vodka
• ½ cup lime juice 

Directions:

1. Cut the watermelon into 2 inch squares. Let soak in the vodka and lime juice overnight.
2. Remove the watermelon.
3. Place in a vacuum food sealer bag and compress in the machine.
4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. 
5. Place watermelon cubes on lollipop sticks. Serve chilled.
