Cinnamon Spiced Gluten Free Waffles

Serves 4
  • 2 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground Allspice
  • ½ teaspoon Clove
  • 1 1/3 cup of Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8 grams of Vanilla Extract
  • 16 grams of Canola Oil
  1. Preheat a waffle iron to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium size bowl sift together the gluten free flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground allspice, and ground clove.
  3. In another bowl combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract and add to the dry mix. Slowly add the canola oil into the dry and milk mixture until it has all been absorbed and a batter has formed.
  4. Using a 4oz ladle pour the batter into the pre heated waffle maker and cook until it is golden brown on both sides. This usually takes about 4 minutes.
