Crunchy Sweet Potato Fries

  • 2 sweet potatoes peeled and sliced into sticks
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • salt and pepper
  1. Mix the flour and sparkling water until smooth and not lumpy. Season with a little salt and the cinnamon
  2. Heat enough oil in the pan to almost cover the potatoes or heat up your fryer.
  3. Dip the sweet potato sticks in to the flour mixture and then carefully place them into the hot oil.
  4. Once they are soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside remove and drain the oil of the fries.
  5. Season with salt and serve!
