Dark Chocolate Raspberry Brie Grilled Cheese

  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 8 slices of french bread (baguette) sliced thick
  • 1 small round of brie cheese, rind removed, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup of raspberry jam
  • 4 oz of dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • chocolate Syrup and extra raspberries for garnish


  1. Heat butter in a skillet on medium heat
  2. Lay out 4 slices of the bread
  3. Spread each slice with 1 tbsp of the brie
  4. Top with 1 tbsp of raspberry jam
  5. Top jam with 2 tbsp of dark chocolate
  6. Place another bread slice on top of the dark chocolate
  7. Cook until the bread is lightly browned and the cheese and chocolate are melted
  8. Remove from heat and place, garnishing with extra raspberries and chocolate sauce
