  • Glazed or Cake mini donuts
  • Mix between a Reuban & a Donut
  • Classic Coleslaw
  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • ½ teaspoon celery seeds
  • Pastrami Meat
  • Sliced provolone

Thousand Island Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Cayenne to taste
  • Classic Coleslaw


  1. In a bowl combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, cider vinegar, whole grain mustard, and celery seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Classic Thousand Island Dressing

  1. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, Worcestershire, and cayenne. Season to taste with salt.
  2. Heat separate mounds of the pastrami meat, coleslaw, and cheese in the oven until warm.
  3. Spread the Thousand Island sauce onto the donut and top with the heated meat/coleslaw/cheese mixture.
