Grandma's Bressert

  • 2 ½ cups of flour
  • 1 cup of butter (2 sticks) room temp
  • ¾ cup of granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup of dark brown sugar
  • 3oz of banana cream pudding cup
  • 3.40z box of banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 2 eggs (room temp)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 12 nilla wafers crushed
  • 36 mini nilla wafers
  • 1 1/2 cups of crumbled crispy bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups of scrambled eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. First add sugars and butter cut up into cubes in mixing bowl. Mix until fluffy.
  3. On low heat add vanilla extract then banana cream pudding cup. Mix for 30 seconds
  4. Beat eggs one at a time, then add banana cream instant pudding mix, mix well
  5. Next add the flour and baking powder at medium, beat for 45 seconds.
  6. Remember to scrape the sides of the mixing bowl. Next, add the crushed Nilla wafers, then add white chocolate chips.
  7. Add one cup of bacon and one cup of scrambled eggs.
  8. Mix for about 1 minute. Drop by the tablespoon full onto baking sheets and top with remaining bacon and eggs on each cookie dough.
  9. Add the mini Nilla wafers in the middle of each cookie dough. Bake for 10 minutes.
  10. Makes three dozens.
