Jet Tila's Chicken Lo Mein

  • 3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 lbs. Chicken breast or thigh, thin sliced
  • 2 Cups Fresh Lo Mein Noodles
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Ginger, thin sliced
  • 2 Tsp Garlic, minced
  • 3/4 Cup Red and Green Bell peppers
  • 1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 3 Green Onion, cut into 1 1/2? Pieces
  • 1-2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chinese Rice Wine or Gin
  1. Heat pan to high and add oil.
  2. Add Chicken and cook until medium well.
  3. Add garlic and cook until light brown. Add noodles to pan and cook until tender, about 2 minutes until tender.
  4. Add ginger, bell pepper, spouts, and scallions and let cook for about 30 seconds.
  5. Season with oyster sauce, rice wine, and chicken powder. Stir to combine and serve.
