Mad Men Cocktails

Suicide Sidecar

• 2 oz Camus Cognac
• 1 oz Canton ginger cognac
• .5 Lemon Juice
• .5 Agave Nectar

Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with Candied Ginger and a Cherry.

Fonseca Fizz

• 1 1/2 oz. Fonseca Bin 27
• 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp. sugar
• Club soda
• 1 fresh egg white (optional)
• Ice

Combine lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker and mix to dissolve sugar; add Fonseca Bin 27 (and, if using, egg white). Fill shaker with ice and shake well for 10 seconds. Strain into glass and top with 2-3 ounces chilled club soda, to taste.

Calm Before The Storm

2 oz Ultimat
2.5 oz Ginger beer
.5 oz Fresh Lime juice

Pour over ice and serve with a candied ginger slice.
