Punch Bowl

This beautiful punch with eatable flowers is something to love because it works both as a table decoration and bar in one.
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple
  • 2 orange, peeled and cut
  • 1 sweet grapefruit peeled
  • 1/4 cup of sugar 16 oz cherry Heering Liqueur
  • 1/2 cup pitted fresh or frozen cherries
  1. In a large bowl muddle and mash up the fruit with the sugar.
  2. Pour the liqueur over the fruit, cover and let it sit for several hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Stir the fruit and liquid and strain into the serving bowl.
  4. Ad the frozen flower ice cube to the serving bowl right before guest arrive and fill up with sparkling wine or champagne.

Wash and clean a handful of eatable flowers. In a square tuber-ware dish fill half way with water, and add the flowers. Freeze for a couple hours, fill up with water and freeze till you have a large ice cube. Serve in the punch bowl.
