Raspberry and Blueberry Kale Salad

  • 1 bunch kale (any variety), thick stems removed and leaves thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, loose chop
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blueberries
  • 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Raspberries


  1. Toss kale, avocado, green onions, lime juice and salt together in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Add blueberries and let salad sit 15 minutes to wilt kale. Stir in walnuts and raspberries before serving.
