Raz and Peach Cobbler

  • 1 Package (16 ounces) frozen peaches
  • 1 package (12 ounces) frozen raspberries or 1 (8 oz) container fresh raspberries
  • 1 package (about 15 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (12 ounces) diet lemon-lime soda
  • Vanilla frozen Yogurt (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray 13X9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Spread frozen peaches and raspberries in bottom of prepared pan. 
  3. Top with dry cake mix, carefully spreading over peaches with fork. Do not mix.
  4. Slowly pour soda over cake mix covering as much as possible. Do Not Mix,
  5. Cover will foil and Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Remove foil; bake additional 40 minutes. 
  7. Cool 20 minutes. 
  8. Serve warm with frozen yogurt, if desired.
