Sausage and Finlandia Gouda Stuffed Pork Loin

  • 3 boneless pork loin
  • 1 hot sausage Removed from casing
  • 2 c fresh spinach cleaned
  • 8 slices Gouda cheese
  • S& P


  1. Butterfly pork loin and pound thin. Press the sausage on the pork in a thin layer. Lay cheese down on top and then spinach.
  2. Roll and tie pork loin.
  3. Heat a sauté pan (that can go into oven) and then add 2 T blended oil. Season stuffed pork loin generously with salt and pepper. Sear in pan on all sides.  Finish cooking in a preheated 425-degree oven for about 15 minutes or until 165-degree internal temperature.
