Seitan Gyro Quesadillas

  • 2 Toufayan Sundried Tomato Wraps
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki cream cheese - recipe below
  • 1/2 cup Sabra Bruschetta
  • 9 ounces Taft Foodmasters Seitan Gyro 


  1. Gently spread thin layer of cream cheese on one wrap.
  2. Top with bruschetta, seitan and feta.
  3. Top with another wrap.
  4. Place quesadilla on baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes. Flip and bake another 6 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cut into eights.
  6. Serve immediately.

Tzatziki Cream Cheese


  • 1 medium cucumber; peeled, seeded and grated
  • 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese; softened
  • 1 tablespoon non fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove; minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill


  1. Squeeze grated cucumber in paper towels until dry and place in medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to cucumber and stir to thoroughly combine.
  3. Refrigerate at least one hour before using.
