THE “STRIP” from Strip House

  • Grilled 24 oz 40 day Dryaged NY Bone In Strip
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 oz blended oil
  • Clarified butter TT
  • Fleur de SEL TT


  1. Baste steak in blended oil. Season liberally on both sides with the salt first then the black pepper .
  2. Sear steak on high for 6 minutes per side . Allow to rest 4 -6 minutes .
  3. Return to pan just to re sizzle the char.
  4. Carve Steak off the bone and slice for your Guests
  5. Finish with clarified butter and Fleur De Sel
