Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, Vegetable Trinity

Ingredients:

• ½ Cup Sweet Potatoes
• 1 ½ Cup Chicken Breast
• ½ Cup Summer Squash
• 1 Cup Carrots
• Canola Oil

Directions:

1. Roast chicken breast in oven without added seasonings until fully cooked.
2. Bake the sweet potato until fully cooked. Boil or steam the squash, zucchini and carrots with water until cooked.
3. Once cooked, measure out the above amounts of chicken, sweet potatoes and vegetables and cut into bite size pieces.
4. Place the chicken breast, squash, zucchini and carrots in a serving bowl and add canola oil.
5. Prior to serving each meat and after warming add the appropriate amount of necessary supplement to the food.
