Watermelon With Goat Cheese & Fresh Mint

Watermelon is an alkaline food that naturally hydrates our body. I like to serve this as healthy dessert on a hot summer day.
2 cups watermelon in bite-sized chunks, seeds removed
2 ounces fresh goat cheese, crumbled
¼ cup of mint leaves
Chop watermelon and remove seeds and top with crumbled goat cheese and fresh mint.
